Job description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating revenue and enhancing the profitability of our business while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial insurance including new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and client queries.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and best practices in all business activities.
- Handle complaints professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer service, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Actively work to secure renewal business and promote in-house premium financing solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Working knowledge of commercial insurance products and experience in a similar account handler role.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, confident communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.
- IT Proficiency: Familiarity with Acturis and Microsoft products.
- Qualifications: Commitment to pursuing Cert CII; existing Cert CII qualification is a plus.
- Compliance: Understanding of FCA compliance standards.
