Commercial Litigation Associate
Job description
A leading boutique litigation law firm in London is seeking to hire an exceptional Associate Solicitor with 3-4 years PQE to join its award-winning team. The ideal candidate will be UK qualified with excellent academics and a proven track record of success in litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a range of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, shareholder actions, and insolvency proceedings
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as pleadings, court orders, and contracts
- Advising clients on litigation strategy and risk management
- Representing clients in court and at mediation
- Working closely with senior lawyers and other members of the team
Requirements:
- UK law degree and LPC
- 3-4 years PQE in a reputable law firm
- Excellent academic record
- Strong litigation experience, including commercial disputes, shareholder actions, and insolvency proceedings
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
