Commercial Team Leader

Are you an experienced leader who wants to work for a growing business in the West Midlands or an Account Handier who is looking to getting into management?

You will be leading a team of Account Handlers ensuring that all revenue and performance goals are achieved.

As well as maintaining your own book of commercial clients, ensuring the highest quality in customer service and technical excellence at all times. To ensure clients insurance needs are met, dealing deal with day to day enquiries from clients, insurers and supporting a team of account executives.
You will be working across both open market and delegated authority schemes, on renewal and new business cases. Ensuring key targets are met, including renewal retention.

Managing client renewals, including where necessary the remarketing of policies, issuing renewal documentation within timescales set out by the FCA. You will also be responsible for relationships with key insurer markets.

Coaching, mentoring and developing staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction. Providing opportunities to discuss personal development and career opportunities. Conducting regular one-to-ones with direct reports ensuring that feedback on performance is provided in a constructive, whilst setting goals for them.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of a minimum of 2 days in the office.
