Shape Your Commodities Law Practice:
- Advise leading international clients - producers, traders, financiers, and end-users - on the full spectrum of commodities transactions
- Draft, negotiate, and structure complex sale and purchase agreements, joint ventures, financing arrangements, and transportation contracts
- Provide strategic counsel on risk management, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics in the ever-evolving commodities landscape
- Represent clients in high-stakes disputes arising from breach of contract, non-performance, and other commodities-related issues, including international arbitration
Thrive in the London Hub:
- To excel, you'll possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in commodities law, with a strong understanding of key commodities (energy, metals, softs, etc.)
- A proven track record of success in handling complex transactions and disputes is essential
- You'll be a master negotiator with exceptional communication and advocacy skills, adept at navigating cross-cultural environments
- Deep commercial awareness, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage pressure are crucial
- Fluency in a second language, particularly Mandarin or Spanish, is a strong asset
