Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Monitoring Officer to join our established team at a leading insurance broker in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thematic reviews and desk-based monitoring reviews in line with our robust compliance monitoring plan.
- Ensure effective delivery of the compliance monitoring plan by identifying and addressing regulatory risks.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to maintain high standards and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Provide clear and concise reporting on review findings and work closely with the business to implement any necessary improvements.
