A Top 100 firm and a recognised name in the construction market, is looking for an associate or Senior Associate to join their award-winning team with experience in Non-contentious matters.

The team advise and act for some of the country's leading property developers and funders across the full spectrum of construction matters, including standard and bespoke contracts, funding and procurement strategies. Working alongside projects, real estate, finance and corporate lawyers, you will help to enable complex construction, redevelopment and infrastructure projects to come to fruition throughout the UK and internationally.

The ideal candidate would have 3+ years PQE experience in Non-contentious construction matters, working in any major sectors within a recognised practice.

As well as the interesting and varied caseload, the firm can also offer top rates of pay, hybrid working that only see's you visit the office twice a week, billable targets that offer WLB and a envious bonus scheme.
