Employment Partner
Job description
We are working with a Top 50 national law firm with a mandate to assist in the growth of the Employment team. This Employment team is nationally recognised by the Legal 500, dealing with complex contentious and non-contentious employment work. The Employment Partner joining this team will be involved in running the team, and making strategic decisions, as a Senior Partner.
You'll need to be experienced in dealing with complex and high value employment matters, dealing with contentious and non-contentious work including tribunal and corporate support.
The ideal candidate is likely to:
- Be an existing Employment Partner at a competing firm in the Midlands
- Have an existing and portable book of business / clients
- Have a presence in the Midlands and Employment generally, and keen to get involved in business development
- Have some experience of managing a team and making strategic decisions as part of a wider offering
This opportunity is fixed share equity partner, and will involve a lucrative remuneration package which is bespoke to you.
