Our client is a leader in the dispute resolution field offshore with a formidable reputation in all aspects of offshore litigation relating to banking, financial services, commercial, funds, trusts and regulatory disputes. In addition to pure contentious work, given the broad nature of the offshore practice you will also be working with clients in an advisory capacity as well as on formal investigation and case work.

The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of post qualified litigation experience ideally with a focus on financial services regulatory and commercial disputes.

Top-tier law firm training, a strong academic background are essential. Lawyer applications will be welcomed from common law or offshore jurisdictions including England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Canada.
