Joining this specialist, global Lloyd's Broker in London as a Marine Cargo Broker Technician, this is an opportunity to work closely with Producing/Placing Brokers in the team to support with slip preparation, the completion of documentation and presentations.
You have an eye for detail and you genuinely love supporting your Brokers with their operational needs, but crave variety, a collaborative environment to work in and to be part of a business who will encourage you to develop both personally and professionally.
This firm have a track record of progressing individuals into new roles and challenges within the company, whether that's advancing into a more client facing role or becoming a senior within an existing team.
This business have various divisions in-house including Property, Casualty, Credit, Energy, Surety and Reinsurance so a collaborative mind-set is key for this hire.
As an integral part of the team, you'll offer experience within the Marine and/or Marine Cargo insurance market, you'll be a strong team player, you'll be analytical and excel providing advice/technical support to clients and underwriters. You'll be competent with cargo slip/wording production and have knowledge in PPL.
Your new employer will offer a base salary up to £55,000, plus home working flexibility and genuine opportunities to progress into more senior roles.
