This leadership role focuses on driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients within the Real Estate sector, aligned with the practice's strategic objectives. Success will be measured by building a strong pipeline and converting prospects into long-term clients, achieving both individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for identifying and engaging top prospects, ensuring both immediate wins and long-term growth.
- Manage the sales cycle effectively, utilising global resources to maximise opportunities.
- Lead initiatives to drive business development within the real estate sector.
- Ensure a seamless client journey from prospecting to onboarding, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create consistent messaging and support promotional efforts through materials, events, and thought leadership.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Foster innovation and exceptional client experiences by leveraging expertise across various lines of business, specialties, and regions.
- Contribute to the development of new products tailored to the unique needs of the real estate market.
Your Profile
- You must have insurance experience, preferably within the real estate sector - either broking or insurer.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of team development and success.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and budget management.
- High level of business and financial acumen, with a solid understanding of company strategy and change management.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving challenging sales targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence within a complex organisational structure.
- Strong facilitation skills, capable of managing ambiguity and driving consensus through collaborative approaches.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to represent the company effectively and understand the processes that support business operations and strategy.
- Experience in adhering to systems and processes that ensure high-quality client service delivery.
