We are seeking a talented and ambitious NQ Real Estate Lawyer to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and high-profile transactions, alongside experienced Partners and Associates.
About the Role:
- Assisting Partners and Associates with all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and financing
- Conducting due diligence on property portfolios and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents, such as sale and purchase agreements, leases, and development agreements
- Managing client relationships and providing clear and concise legal advice
- Contributing to the research and development of innovative legal solutions
About You:
- Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) with a strong academic background in law
- A demonstrable interest and passion for real estate law
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
