This East Coast insurance brokerage is the ideal home if you value the vibe of an independent business and prefer more of a service led culture than the cut-throat revenue focus of some of the larger firms.

These guys are a small independent firm who manage clients across the personal lines and SME market with a model where all new business is generated on referral, not by tele-sales.

Here you'll be joining the busy personal lines team who manage all types of personal lines work including mainstream property and motor through to HNW specialist private client policies.

Day to day you'll be working on placing new business whilst servicing MTAs and renewals for existing clients. All the while playing a dedicated support role to the Account Executives.

Right at the heart of this business is a culture of development and ongoing training where you'll receive first class mentoring from the MD and senior team members - perfect if you want to develop your technical skills.

If you have some insurance experience behind you and feel you are better suited to a smaller team set up, then you'll enjoy working here.

The team all work on a hybrid basis splitting time between the office and home so here you'll get the ideal balance between colleague collaboration and saving on the commute.

Salary here is depending on your experience but will be between £28,000 and £33,000 plus benefits including a 10% pension contribution.
