Job description
A top 50 firm ranked Tier 1 for their work in Private Client in all their current geographic areas are looking for associates for their well established office in Sevenoaks, Kent.
With this office being the first of 2 opened in the last 2 years ( bringing their total to 8 offices nationally ), it is very exciting time to be joining the team, with huge progression opportunities available for the right people alongside the firm's growth.
The role will include advising on and preparing documentation in relation to:
- Will drafting
- succession planning
- tax-efficient lifetime giving
- international aspects
- disputed Wills
- creation, administration and termination of trusts
- advice to trustees and beneficiaries
- trust taxation
The team is currently made up of 5 fee earners, including a Partner and Legal director but with the growth plans and the trainees coming through they are looking for someone at a senior level to help with the development of the juniors and the overall team.
