- Chambers and Legal 500 ranked - Top Tier

• Over 130 Partners
• 2 Partners in Birmingham
• Particular expertise in leases, licences, joint ventures, mergers, leasebacks, sales, purchases, shared services, collaborations, refurbishments and (re)development projects
• Acting for education institutions, companies, government departments, health and automotive sectors and executive agencies

Candidate Requirements:

- NQ to 2 years PQE gained a reputable firm

• Experienced in handling Commercial Real Estate matters
• Keen to develop business

Salary/ Package:

- £60,000 to £65,000

• Competitive bonus structure
