A national broker is seeking an Account Executive to take over a well-established book worth approximately £250k-£300k in income, focusing on a specific scheme within the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to manage, nurture, and expand an existing portfolio of clients while driving exceptional results.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and Grow a book of business valued at £250k-£300k in income, developing strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Take ownership of a specific scheme within the business, ensuring service excellence and delivering tailored solutions to clients.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to grow the book and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and support to clients.
- Negotiate and renew policies to maintain and increase client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in the insurance industry, with a track record of managing and growing a portfolio.
- Strong knowledge of insurance schemes and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
