Geoff has over 18 years experience, over 10 of those working at board level within the insurance, employee benefits, and occupational health sectors. He has worked with Boards of Directors, to set business strategy and successfully execute it.

His responsibilities have included being the Managing Director of an insurance business, an employee benefits business, and an occupational health business, and working as a Chief Operating Officer to drive business change across a group of companies.

He has an MBA, achieved the Chartered Director qualification from the Institute of Directors, and the ACII qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute and has been the President of the Birmingham Insurance Institute. He recently completed an MSc in Sustainability due to the high level of importance of this topic within business.

Geoff is the Managing Director of the Financial Services Division and the Group Strategy Director. This role is focussed on delivering the growth ambitions of our clients and ensuring we deliver the best levels of service. His strategy role includes the definition and execution of the IDEX Consulting strategy, which is inclusive of operating sustainably.

Geoff is married with two young daughters who keep him on his toes...or in post as a permanent taxi driver taking them to every ballet, tap, and swimming class. He enjoys running, cycling, and swimming and has completed running and triathlon challenges of numerous distances. Whilst jumping into a cold lake for a swim might not work for everyone, he assures us it is a great way to feel good on a summers evening.
