Matt founded IDEX in 2006 with the ambition of creating a talent management business which put service to clients and candidates first. He saw that many agencies lacked a long term commitment to recruitment and career management, so built IDEX to fill that gap. Matt’s experience within the General Insurance industry spans 20 years and he is Cert CII & MREC qualified. His drive for excellence in talent management resonates within the team at IDEX.
When he’s not matchmaking talent with successful businesses, Matt is a keen cyclist, hockey player and Dad, who enjoys pushing his limits and finding new adventures.
