Account Handler - Corporate

Role profile

  • Managing a portfolio of Corprorate clients and developing strong relationships with them
  • Identifying and assessing clients' insurance needs and recommending suitable insurance products and solutions
  • Liaising with insurance underwriters and negotiating insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients
  • Issuing and administering insurance policies, including handling renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
  • Responding to clients' queries, concerns, and claims promptly and professionally
  • Monitoring clients' insurance requirements and recommending adjustments to their insurance policies as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of clients' insurance policies, claims, and interactions
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry and regulatory requirements, and sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients
  • Collaborating with colleagues in other departments, such as claims, risk management, and marketing, to provide a holistic service to clients
