Join Our Team as an Actuarial Consultant for GMP Equalisation!


We are seeking several qualified actuaries to join our client's GMP Equalisation team. If you are technically minded and have a passion for solving complex problems related to GMP, we want to hear from you at IDEX Consulting.

About the Role


As a GMP Equalisation Specialist with XPS, you will:

  • Collaborate with the GMP team to address clients' GMP challenges
  • Review and sign off on complex actuarial models and calculations
  • Prepare and review written advice for clients on GMP topics
  • Optionally, deliver advice directly to clients in meetings
  • Engage in regular communication with the GMP team, client team, and other departments
  • Explore a broader technical career path with involvement in various specialised areas as GMP projects conclude
  • Participate in research and development teams, providing resources and ideas for the broader team

Your Profile


Essential Criteria:

  • FIA qualification
  • Extensive experience in the actuarial field
  • GMP experience is desirable
  • Strong interest in actuarial concepts and the pensions industry
  • Inquisitive, motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and highly organised
