The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join a well-established and growing team within a leading UK law firm. Based in Manchester, the role offers high-quality work, supportive leadership, and a strong platform for career development.

The Role
You'll work on a broad mix of corporate matters including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Private equity transactions
• Equity capital markets
• Corporate finance
• Joint ventures and general advisory

You'll be advising a wide client base ranging from start-ups to listed companies, often with international elements. Depending on your level of experience, you'll either support partners and senior lawyers or take the lead on your own matters with appropriate supervision.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years' PQE with a strong foundation in corporate transactional work
• Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
• Confidence in client-facing responsibilities and business development activities
• A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
