We are looking to speak to an Associate with experience of representing financial and private equity sponsors in connection with complex transactional business such as mergers and acquisitions, growth equity, buy-outs and more. Associates will display strong technical experience and appetite to manage relationships directly and lead transaction deal teams. NY Bar admission essential.
