Job description
Our client is a top-tier UK law firm, recognised for delivering excellent legal advice with a deep commitment to innovation and client care. Their health-care team is one of the largest and most respected in the UK, and they are looking for a talented Solicitor to join their dynamic and highly regarded team.
In this role, you will advise and represent NHS Trusts, private health-care providers, and local authorities in matters involving the Court of Protection, Mental Health Act, and health-care-related disputes. Your work will involve safeguarding the interests of individuals lacking capacity, handling disputes over medical treatment, and representing clients in mental health tribunals. You will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance on mental health issues and ensuring compliance with health-care regulations.
The ideal candidate will be NQ - 4 years' qualified or equivalent experience and having prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
