A leading UK law firm with a strong reputation for its expertise in Banking & Finance are recruiting for an Associate to join their London office.

About the Role

The firm are seeking a talented Banking & Finance solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their growing team.

In this role, you will gain exposure to a variety of transactions, working alongside experienced partners on matters across the entire banking and finance spectrum.

Responsibilities

You will advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including:

    • Corporate lending and borrowing
    • Acquisition finance
    • Real estate finance
    • Debt capital markets
    • Asset based lending
    • Fintech
    • Restructuring

Skills and Experience

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE in Banking & Finance law.
  • A strong understanding of core banking and finance legal principles.
