Job description
Are you an experienced Banking and Financial services disputes lawyer, looking to join one of the fastest growing Top 100 firms in the UK as an integral senior member of a well established team?
The role would see you working on a range of matters including -
- Operational loss, inter-bank disputes, professional negligence claims, payment disputes or recoveries and enforcement
- Mis-selling, fraud and SME disputes
You would be joining a specialist team, who sit within the wider national dispute resolution team, including two key Partners within this space in the South West market.
The ideal candidate would be 6+ PQE, currently operating at a Senior/managing associate level in their current firm, or someone who is looking to move into a more senior position as the door is open for a Legal Director for someone at the right level.
