We are hiring for a rapidly growing, technology-driven MGA reshaping the industry with data, digital tools, and automation. Backed by top-tier capacity partners and working with a selective panel of leading UK brokers, they are scaling fast-doubling GWP year over year with a goal of hitting £200M GWP.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and strengthen relationships with a select panel of brokers.
• Drive new business opportunities across P&C and Management Liability product lines.
• Collaborate with underwriters and the digital/pricing teams to deliver innovative, tech-enabled insurance solutions.
• Identify and support growth in schemes and facilities, leveraging the data-driven underwriting advantage.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings, positioning them as a market leader.

What We're Looking For:

• Positive, solution led character who is looking for an environment in which you're given autonomy and flexibility.
• Experience in business development within either an MGA or Carrier.
• Strong broker relationships in the South East & Midlands would be beneficial.
• Ability to identify new opportunities and drive commercial success.
• Entrepreneurial mindset-keen to work in an agile, high-growth environment.
• Passion for innovation, technology, and the future of insurance.
