An opportunity has arisen for a Business Immigration Partner or Director to join a highly ranked Employment and Business Immigration offering in the Midlands. This is an opportunity for either a Partner or aspiring Partner looking to build a Business Immigration offering in the Midlands.

You will sit as part of a national Employment and Business Immigration team, which spans the UK advising a range of clients from PLCs to SMEs. The team covers all UK immigration matters and worked with overseas advisors to provide global mobility services.

The team are looking for a senior Business Immigration Partner, Director or Solicitor with a good following and referral networking to spearhead the growth of this offering in the Midlands. You'll work with a wider national offerings, but have total autonomy to build this out in the Midlands as you see fit.

This position is also suitable for a small team from a competing private practice firm.

You will be:

  • Business Immigration Partner or aspiring Partner
  • Adept in business development and networking, both internally and externally in order to drive referrals into the team
  • Ambitious and looking to build and lead a team and the strategy of the division
