Client Manager

Job description

IDEX Consulting are working with an award winning Pensions firm who are seeking a Client Manager for their team.

This role is looking for someone who has a strong focus on client management and ensuring high standards of service are maintained at all times covering all of the services.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical understanding of pensions legislation and regulations
  • Good understanding of pension trusteeship
  • Able to manage a portfolio of schemes and ensure high standards
  • To be able to work on projects and budget management skills
  • Portfolio client management building strong client relationships
  • Liaising and managing trustee's advisers to ensure key deliverables


Desired:

  • Client management
  • Understanding the process of winding up a pension scheme
  • Proven track record of delivering in management roles
  • Strong Industry background
  • Knowledge and experience of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF), Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) and The Pensions Regulator (TPR) guidance
