There's a lot of pie out there in broking, this is your chance to earn a slice of it.

Huge investment into the UK insurance broking market has seen established Executives benefit from a range of long-term incentive plans and equity deals.

And if you haven't had your bit of the action yet, here's your opportunity.
You'll be joining this respected broking group to take over the management of a commercial portfolio worth around £200,000 income.

You'll be tasked with developing this book via the conversion of referrals and through taking over business passed on via the regional leadership team.

And within two years, you'll qualify for a bonus which, depending on your initial performance, will see you pocket anything up to £100,000.

All that up and above your base salary of up to £75,000 plus growth linked annual bonuses too.

Here you'll enjoy the freedom and autonomy to work on a remote basis, servicing locally based clients with full support coming from broking and claims teams on the ground here in Scotland.
