Commercial Litigation Associate

Job description

A leading boutique litigation law firm in London is seeking to hire an exceptional Associate Solicitor with 3-4 years PQE to join its award-winning team. The ideal candidate will be UK qualified with excellent academics and a proven track record of success in litigation.


Responsibilities:

  • Handling a range of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, shareholder actions, and insolvency proceedings
  • Conducting legal research and analysis
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as pleadings, court orders, and contracts
  • Advising clients on litigation strategy and risk management
  • Representing clients in court and at mediation
  • Working closely with senior lawyers and other members of the team


Requirements:

  • UK law degree and LPC
  • 3-4 years PQE in a reputable law firm
  • Excellent academic record
  • Strong litigation experience, including commercial disputes, shareholder actions, and insolvency proceedings
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Strong client service orientation
