Leading national firm in Leeds seeks to appoint a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join their successful Disputes team.

Our client has an excellent commercial disputes practice, handing high quality commercial litigation work on behalf of local, regional and national clients. The team advises on all aspects of complex, high value commercial disputes, working with a clear focus on undertaking high quality work for high quality commercial clients. The team advises large listed corporates, owner managed enterprises, housebuilders, PLCs, entrepreneurs and investors.

The firm is keen to appoint a commercial litigation senior associate to work alongside two other well regarded partners and as a key member of a growing disputes practice. Joining a team with diverse expertise covering all manner of commercial contract disputes, partnership, shareholder and director disputes and housebuilder litigation, you will bring strong technical expertise in one or more of these areas.

In addition, you will be able to develop strong and sustainable client relationships, be outward facing, commercial in your approach and client led.
