Role Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a leading team within a well-regarded law firm in Bristol. The role is suitable for a solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who is looking to further develop their career in a dynamic and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial disputes, including but not limited to breach of contract, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, and professional negligence claims.
• Providing strategic advice to clients, including drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court proceedings.
• Developing strong client relationships, offering clear, practical legal advice tailored to their needs.
• Collaborating with colleagues across other practice areas to provide integrated solutions.
• Playing a key role in business development, including maintaining existing client relationships and assisting in the generation of new work.

Candidate Requirements:
