We are working with a top regional law firm seeking to grow the commercial property team in Leicester with the recruitment of a senior commercial property solicitor to join at either Director or Partner level.

This successful team is Leicester is already working with a range of clients, handling the full remit of commercial property work including development and investment, landlord and tenant, sales and acquisitions. The client base being mostly heavyweight corporate clients or developers.

As a Partner or Director in this team, you'll have the opportunity to help grow the commercial property practice, with the autonomy to make decisions on its strategic direction. You do not need a substantial client following. There is room to grow in this position, so you need only to demonstrate a proven track record of business development.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for either existing Partners in Leicester looking to move to a strong regional firm, or ambitious senior commercial property solicitors keen to make Partner within the next 24 months.
