Job description

Are you a senior real estate solicitor looking to work in-house? This innovative real estate offering to clients will allow you to work as part of an in-house legal team for a large retail company. You can be Manchester based, or work 100% remotely. Part time and Full time applicants considered.


As a real estate solicitor within this team, you'll work as an extension of the clients in-house legal team working directly work stakeholders and providing advice on real estate transactions and risk. You'll work with this large retail sector client to maintain a large property portfolio.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be over 2 years PQE, with the ability to work relatively unsupervised
  • Have experience in real estate work, including underleases, lease renewals and licenses to disposals and acquisitions, including advising on property queries from the client
  • Be keen to work collaboratively a part of a wider in-house legal team and offering
  • On offer is an opportunity to work in a genuine in-house position, flexible working hours, remote working if needed, part time or full time. The salary is also commensurate to your level of experience
