Complaints Lead - National Role

IDEX Consulting are working in partnership with a leading Financial Planning Group who are in the process of bolstering their compliance team and have numerous newly created opportunities within the division.

Due to the nature of the role, the business require somebody with management experience, along with a proven history of creating policy and procedure within a previous complaints-based role.

Duties include;

  • Management and oversight of an existing complaints team across the Investment Management team
  • Helping recruit and grow the Financial Planning complaints team
  • Hands-on duties of handling complaints from clients whilst the team is in its infancy
  • Supporting complaints specialists in their investigations, bringing these to a timely resolution
  • Responsibility for overall governance of the team
  • Management Information reporting with trend identification, ensuring data is accurate and up to date


Previous experience within a similar role is essential, due to the fast paced nature of the role. Ideally, you will experience within a DFM environment, with an understanding of Investment Management along with Financial Planning.

You will also be required to have a comprehensive understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority complaints requirements and regulatory reporting requirements.
