We are partnering with a dynamic, PE-backed international MGA seeking an experienced Compliance Director to lead and shape our compliance function during an exciting period of growth and transformation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • M&A Leadership: Drive compliance due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and regulatory adherence.
  • Business Transformation: Lead compliance initiatives through a period of significant business transformation, aligning our processes with strategic goals.
  • Compliance Delivery: Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the compliance framework, ensuring it meets both local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives to integrate compliance into business strategies and decisions.
  • Regulatory Representation: Act as the primary compliance contact for regulators, boards, and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and proactive risk management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior compliance role within the insurance sector, ideally with experience in an MGA environment.
  • Expertise in M&A processes and business transformation, with a strong track record of successful compliance delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and advise at the highest levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and experience representing organizations in front of regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to design and implement robust compliance frameworks that support business growth while mitigating risk.
