This brokerage is already a major player in the Scottish market although a substantial influx of new business has taken these guys to the next level.

You'll enjoy life here if you like the complexity of bigger ticket clients but want to move away from the corporate culture you may find in some of the bigger broking houses.

Your remit here is to take on the management of newly referred business and retain these clients on an ongoing basis.

You'll be working exclusively with clients paying fees or commissions in the £10k to £100k bracket right across the full spectrum of corporate lines insurance and envisage taking on circa £300k of income in year one alone.

Clients will be extremely varied and include everything from food & drink and manufacturing through to life sciences, tech and construction.

So, in essence, you'll inherit high quality cases, and you'll benefit sustained business introduced to you on an ongoing basis.

Support comes from in-house technical, claims, admin and market-facing teams leaving you to focus on what you do best, client work.

You'll be joining one of the very best brokerages in Scotland where all the existing Executives manage books of business north of £500k income.

You can be based anywhere in Scotland and ideally, you'll have a track record of providing insurance advice directly to either mid-market or corporate level clients.
