Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Insurance Advisory: Provide tailored advice on corporate insurance products, guiding clients through risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Policy Placement & Negotiation: Work directly with insurers to secure the best terms, ensuring comprehensive coverage at competitive rates.
  • Risk Management: Work with clients to assess and manage risks, ensuring they're protected and well-prepared for any challenges.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with the broking and underwriting teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of policies, renewals, and claims.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client records are compliant and up-to-date, preparing accurate reports and documentation for clients.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: A solid background in handling corporate accounts or commercial insurance, with a keen understanding of client needs and risk management.
  • Qualifications: While CII qualifications are an advantage, your practical experience and passion for delivering great client outcomes are just as important.
