About the firm:
A leading international offshore law firm with a strong focus on corporate, finance, investment funds and private wealth matters are seeking to hire a 2-4 PQE corporate lawyer to join the firm's London office.
About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of corporate transactions, working alongside experienced partners and associates on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
This will service institutions, investment funds, private equity houses, multinational corporations, public organisations, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals.
About You
- Minimum of 2-4 years of PQE in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, or private equity.
