Job description
Major independent firm seeks a Corporate Associate Solicitor to join their thriving corporate team in Reading. This firm is recognised as being home to one of the leading corporate practices in the Thames Valley.
In this key role you'll work with a range of corporate clients including SMEs, PLCs and other listed businesses and you will be exposed to a range of interesting corporate deal work including:
- M&A
- Private Equity / Venture Capital
- Capital markets listings / IPOs
- Public company takeovers
- JVs
- Group restructurings
- Corporate advisory matters
The firm is keen to speak to Corporate Lawyers with a minimum of 2 years PQE and with relevant corporate law experience gained with a recognised commercial firm. A proven track record or keen interest in client relationship management is highly desirable as is a commercial approach.
This successful, supportive and partner led team handles over 100 transactions each year, with deal values ranging on average from around £25m to £100m+.
