Recognised as being home to one of the leading corporate practices outside of Birmingham city centre, you'll be joining a supportive partner led team offering high quality corporate transactional work including M&A, share sales and buybacks, demergers, joint ventures, MBOs, corporate finance and equity deals.

The successful candidate will be:
Ideally over 3 years PQE, although applications will be considered from all corporate lawyers with the right experience
Experienced in a broad range of corporate law
Keen to develop their career with a leading corporate team in the Midlands
Able to manage transactions and work closely with senior colleagues on larger deals
