Corporate Associate (M&A) 2-5 PQE

A leading commercial law firm are recruiting for a Corporate Lawyer 2-5 PQE to join their growing team in City.

About the Role
In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of corporate transactions, working alongside experienced partners and senior associates. You will have the opportunity to develop your legal skills and knowledge in areas such as:

  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Venture Capital
  • Joint Ventures
  • Corporate Restructuring
  • Equity Capital Markets

You will play a key role in supporting clients from the media, technology, energy, fashion, real estate sectors.

About You:
You will have 2-5 years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in a corporate law, gained from an equally leading city practice.

  • A passion for the law and a desire to build a successful career in a leading commercial law firm.
