The team you would be joining is currently made up of 13, with 2 brilliant Partners already in place, the first an Ex-magic circle lawyer focused on £100Mil+ transactions and the second focused on mid market South West work.

The practice is solely corporate rather than a Corporate Commercial split, so the right persons experience would have to reflect that.

The team currently cover 4 main routes market, which are:

1. Private Equity work, with a range of client types
2. Co-Counsel for a Magic Circle firm on £100-300Mil transactions
3. Working with FTSE 100 clients nationally
4. SW SME work IRO £5-50Mil

They have attracted a number of Ex-city lawyers as well as homegrown South West talent, offering a real mixture of experience and expertise to their client base.

They have the capacity and dedicated budget to double in size, so it would be a brilliant time to join the team.
