The successful candidate will be:

• Ideally over 2 years PQE, although applications will be considered from all corporate lawyers with the right experience
• Experienced in a broad range of corporate law
• Keen to develop their career with a leading team in Manchester
• Experience of M&A and general corporate advisory work
