Job description
This highly rated and award-winning corporate team is seeking to grow with the appointment of another corporate solicitor into the Birmingham office. You will work on local and national corporate matters, including those with an international reach, as part of the exciting growth at this news-worthy firm.
This team has extensive experience of advising businesses ranging from entrepreneurs, SMEs, financial institutions to FTSE 100. You will work across a range of corporate work including M&A, disposals, fundraising, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate structures and governance.
You will be:
- Ideally over 3 years PQE, although applications will be accepted from those less qualified
- Experienced in corporate law - including M&A, shareholders agreements, and Private Equity
- Great at communicating and building internal networks
- Keen to undertake business development and grow this practice
