Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Corporate Solicitor to join this growing national corporate offering at a top national law firm. You can be based out of either Oxford, Cambridge or Norwich, and will have the opportunity to quickly move towards Partnership in this team.
This Corporate team is highly ranked across all locations. You will work with a client base ranging from start-ups and spinouts, through to substantial companies, management teams and institutions. You'll advise on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions which will include having an international reach.
You will be:
- Senior Corporate Solicitor, ideally with experience of M&A, PE, VC as well as corporate finance (although the opportunity is open to those who are specialist & not)
- Ideally over 5 years PQE
- Ambitious and keen to push for partnership, looking for support and investment to build a business case
