Job description
This leading specialist insurance disputes practice is seeking an established Insurance Coverage Disputes Partner or small team to open a new office in Dublin. This is an unbelievable opportunity to be at the genuine forefront of building a coverage disputes insurance practice with the backing of a top brand in a buoyant insurance disputes market in Dublin. This firm is renowned for its expertise in policyholder-focused insurance coverage disputes.
You'll need to be a dynamic and entrepreneurial coverage or insurance disputes lawyer looking to lead the expansion in the Irish markets, leveraging an established reputation and building out the Irish office. The role offers the chance to work on the most high-profile, complex disputes for global clients in sectors including construction, energy, financial services, and marine.
You will be:
- Highly experienced in insurance coverage disputes, ideally with a focus on policy holder representation (although this is not a pre-requisite)
- Well-connected in the local markets, ideally having an established client base in Dublin or the wider Irish region
- Looking to join a collaborative practice, working across borders and jurisdictions to provide top quality advice to their clients
