Spearheaded by a talented Regional Director, they have built significant business in the last 12 months across the mid-market and larger corporate markets through their ability to act quickly, decisively and professionally.

2025 is a crucial growth year for this business, and an opportunity has presented itself to them to capitalize on a new business partnership that will give them access to a huge portfolio of target clients across the North East of Scotland.

Which is where you come in…

Your remit:

As a Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of building and nurturing lasting client relationships.

Your role will be pivotal in identifying opportunities, creating tailored solutions, and driving business growth.

With the vibrant North East of Scotland as your territory, you'll have the chance to:

  • Build a robust portfolio of commercial and specialty clients across the region.
  • Leverage a platform that empowers you to open your own office and lead a branch, including hiring and managing your own team.
  • Benefit from access to over 2,000 businesses through a newly signed partnership, providing a clear route to introduce your services and grow your portfolio.
  • Have full access to a consistent series of events where you'll have an opportunity to present directly to your pipeline clients
  • Work closely with the existing director who oversees the Scottish region, receiving mentoring and development support to significantly build your business.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and craft innovative proposals.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets, unlocking impressive rewards.
  • To ensure your success, you'll have full support from administrative, claims, and broking teams, as well as marketing support from the head office.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A proven track record in business development or sales within the commercial or agricultural insurance market.
  • Ability to present confidently at events, network, and convert warm business leads
  • The ability to grow out a new broking brand in the region.
