Job description
We are proud to support a growing new company in its search for a civil disputes paralegal to join the team in Lincoln. The opportunity is perfect for someone with a least 12 months' worth of disputes paralegal experience, and who wishes to grow this further. There are opportunities to qualify on offer for the right person, and you'll work for a company which values its people highly.
You'll work for a company which handles contentious landlord and tenant claims for a national client base. The role will involve handling a large caseload of matters, from assessing the merits and legitimacy of the claims, to handling the disputes process, and deciding on the litigation strategy with the support of a qualified solicitor.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Over 12 months experience as a paralegal in civil disputes - this can be either in and landlord and tenant capacity, debt recovery, property disputes etc
- Experience of the CPR and dealing with the litigious process
- Some experience of handling a large caseload of matter
