Employment Lawyer 3-6 PQE

Job description

A global law firm with offices across Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas, are recruiting for a 3-6 PQE Lawyer to join their renowned Employment Law in their London office.

About the Role:

You will join the team, advising a wide range of clients on all aspects of employment law, from advisory work to the full range of complex tribunal litigation.

You will advise employers and senior executives across the financial and professional services sectors, from a variety of industries including, technology, media, financial services, real estate and energy.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on the full range of employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and TUPE.
  • Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, and other related documents.
  • Assisting with employment tribunal claims and mediations.

Key Skills and Experience:

You will be 3-6 PQE with experience in employment law gained, either in private practice or in-house.
