Major regional law firm seeks an Employment Partner to join their team based in Southampton.

Our client is a market leading firm, renowned for their high calibre lawyers and the high quality employment and HR work they undertake for a roster of high profile respondent clients.

The firm is keen to appoint a partner to join their successful employment practice. With experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including drafting terms and conditions, employment contracts and agreements, TUPE, equal pay issues, whistleblowing and Tribunal work, you'll be joining a friendly and supportive team. You'll handle a predominantly respondent caseload, acting on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and other larger companies including listed businesses with multi-national interests on varied and challenging employment law issues.
